RELEASE!
The
2003 vintage of Sauvignon Blanc is yet another in a long line of winners
from St Supery. Intense varietal characters explode out of the glass:
lemon, green lime and kiwi, along with slight gooseberry aromas. These
are followed by signature flavors of ruby grapefruit, juicy lime and
tangerine on the palate. As always, this wine has balance and elegance,
with a long, crisp finish..
100% Sauvignon Blanc

The St.
Supery 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon has plush, complex layers of
plum, blackberry and vanilla in the aroma that is deep and
persistent. On the palate flavors again show blackberry and are
added to with concentrated notes of currents, anise and black
cherry. The well-proportioned finish is accompanied by firm but
not overpowering tannins. This is a well-balanced wine that will
continue to develop for years to come.
93% Cabernet
Sauvignon, 4% Merlot,2% Petit Verdor, 1% Cabernet Franc

Wonderful
aromas of honeysuckle, citrus blossoms and melon show up
quickly in the aroma. They are soon married with barrel
scents of toast and vanilla to create an intoxicating
fragrance. On the palate are flavors of pear and peach from
the Sauvignon Blanc while crème and lemon meringue come from
the Semillon. With the blend of these two classic varietals
this wine will age beautifully for years to come becoming
even more complex.
Blend: 47% Sauvignon Blanc, 53%Semillon |

1999 - RED
MERITAGE
Made
with fruit from St. Supéry’s estate vineyards in Napa Valley, this blend
of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot exhibits
deep red and purple hues. The aromas are bright, ripe, and forward with
a strong concentration of ripe blackberry and anise with vanilla and oak
integration. The generous palate is dominated by ripe, sweet berry and
cedar-oak qualities credited to the extended period spent in barrel. The
flavors are long and round, finishing with firm yet elegant tannins.
